New York, NY, January 31, 2011 — Litigation attorney Daniel Z. Rivlin recently joined the New York office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney as a senior attorney, further expanding the firm's Matrimonial Practice.

Rivlin focuses his practice on matrimonial and family law. He specializes in divorce, property distribution, child custody, spousal support, child support and matrimonial agreements including pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements.

Prior to joining Buchanan, Rivlin practiced matrimonial and family law at a matrimonial law boutique. Rivlin began his legal career by practicing commercial, civil and real estate litigation. He received both his B.A. and J.D. from Rutgers University, where he was the new developments editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. Rivlin is fluent in Hebrew.
