We have an immediate need for an Antitrust Litigation Associate with 4-5 years of experience.  The candidate will have experience in antitrust counseling and M&A including governmental litigation with the DOJ, FTC and Attorneys General.  The successful candidate will work with attorneys in Buchanan’s nationwide litigation practice group. DESCRIPTION:

We have an immediate opening in our Alexandria or Washington, DC office for an associate with 4+ years of experience and a degree in biotechnology.  Ph.D. is required. Clerkship is a plus.  Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, client counseling, researching and drafting litigation documents, post-grant review documents and opinion letters, as well as patent portfolio analysis and some prosecution of biotechnology patent applications.  Associate candidates must be admitted in Virginia or Washington, DC, with registration to practice before the USPTO strongly preferred.

We have an immediate opening in our San Diego office for a mid-level associate to join the Firm’s expanding Labor and Employment practice. This position provides immediate and significant opportunities for contact with clients and opposing counsel, and the chance to be on the leading edge of a growing west coast practice.
