DESCRIPTION:

We have an immediate opening for an associate in our FDA & Biotechnology Practice Group in our Washington, DC, Miami, Florida or Newark, New Jersey offices. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working on behalf of the life sciences industry, including counseling drug, medical device, and biologic companies on the regulatory and marketing aspects of drugs, medical devices, biologics, and other types of FDA-regulated products.  Work may include conducting research and legal analyses; drafting agreements; drafting correspondence to FDA; reviewing product promotional materials; drafting standard operating procedures and policies; and other projects to guide company actions.  Candidates must have excellent academic credentials; strong analytical, research, and writing skills; and be able to work in a collaborative environment.
