We have an immediate opening in our Washington, DC office for an associate with 3-4 years of experience handling international trade matters including antidumping and countervailing duty investigations before both the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission. We have an immediate opening in our Washington, DC office for an associate lawyer or analyst with 4 years or more of experience handling antidumping and countervailing duty investigations before both the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission. Candidates should have strong experience with antidumping investigations before the Department of Commerce, including questionnaire response analysis. JD’s preferred, but we are also willing to consider non-JD’s with the appropriate experience. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials along with strong research and writing skills. Attorney candidates must be admitted to practice in Washington, DC or be eligible to waive in.

We have an immediate opening in our San Diego office for a mid-level associate to join the Firm’s expanding Labor and Employment practice. This position provides immediate and significant opportunities for contact with clients and opposing counsel, and the chance to be on the leading edge of a growing west coast practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own caseload, and first-rate research and drafting skills. Although this position includes work in federal courts and arbitration, candidates should be comfortable taking an active role in the Firm’s California state court practice. This position requires the ability to think critically, to quickly understand new technologies and to write well. Candidates will preferably have some patent drafting and prosecution experience. The position requires a J.D. from an accredited law school and four years of experience as an Associate Attorney. Applicants must also have: admission to the New York State bar; experience handling guardianship matters and Medicaid appeals in relation to discharge or collections; experience handling litigation in relation to discharge or collections; experience conducting legal research and preparing memos relating to healthcare regulatory questions; and experience drafting contracts, agreements, document requests and other legal documents pertaining to matters within the healthcare practice area.
