We have an immediate opening for a Tax Attorney with 5+ years of experience.  This position is located in our Washington, DC office.  Qualified candidates should have experience in domestic business tax planning, including pass-through taxation, corporate taxation and real estate.  This position will advise clients on tax consequences of merger and acquisitions and joint venture transactions.  Candidates must be admitted in DC. Labor and Employment Litigation Associate (Philadelphia, PA)

LEVEL:

DESCRIPTION:

Our Philadelphia office has an immediate opening for a non-shareholder track attorney with 2-5 years of employment litigation experience to join the firm’s expanding labor and employment practice. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced employment attorney to work flexible hours during the workweek, including the option to work from home on occasion.

The person in this position will be expected to perform all of the duties of a traditional law firm attorney, including, but not limited to, performing legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions and pleadings, appearing in court, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, taking and defending depositions, and drafting of position statements and dispositive motions, providing employment law advice, but will not be responsible for personal or office business development.
