We have an immediate opening in our Wilmington office for a senior attorney to help service a high volume litigation practice.  This position is a non-partnership track but offers a schedule with greater predictability and reduced billing requirements.  Qualified applicants are attorneys with general commercial litigation experience who are looking to practice but also looking to have greater work-life balance.  Court of Chancery experience is a plus.  Candidates must be self-starters who can work on matters with minimal supervision.  In addition, candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills and be admitted to practice in Delaware.   We will need a cover letter, resume, transcript, writing sample and salary requirements.
