LEVEL:

DESCRIPTION:

We have an immediate opening in our San Diego office for a staff attorney to help service a high volume litigation practice. This position is a non-partnership track but offers a schedule with greater predictability and reduced billing requirements. Qualified applicants are attorneys with at least 5 years of commercial and employment litigation experience who are looking to practice but also looking to have greater work-life balance. Candidates must be self-starters who can work on matters with minimal supervision. In addition, candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills and be admitted to practice in California. Admission in Arizona as well is a plus. Patent Agent-Chemical (Alexandria, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, New York, Wilmington or Remote Working Arrangement)

LEVEL:

DESCRIPTION:

We have an immediate opening for a Patent Agent with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a degree in the chemical arts or chemical engineering. Candidates should have significant patent drafting and prosecution experience, preferably with respect to industrial chemicals, small molecule pharmaceuticals, electrochemistry, and materials science. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, patent application drafting, patent prosecution, Inter Partes Review assistance, and preparation of opinion letters, as well as patent portfolio analysis.
