From Whitewater to Blackwater and Back Again

Ron Perlman will present a program titled "From Whitewater to Blackwater and Back Again" to the Pittsburgh chapter of the National Contract Management Association. In his program, Perlman will discuss important changes on the horizon in federal contracting caused by old politics, new paradigms and a new presidential administration. He will also provide an overview of the most significant federal procurement cases of 2007. 

Perlman is a shareholder in Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Washington, D.C., office and heads the firm’s Government Contracts Section. His extensive practice of government contract counseling and litigation work includes experience with virtually all federal agencies.
