FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. – October 15, 2020 – A multi-disciplinary Buchanan team represented Carpenter Contractors of America in the sale of its fabricated lumber components and field installation services businesses in the Midwest, Carolinas and Florida to Kodiak Building Partners, a building materials supply chain company whose portfolio consists of a diverse mix of businesses that span residential, remodeling and commercial building sectors. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Kodiak acknowledged that this is the company's largest acquisition in its nine-year history.
