Bruce Booken uses his extensive tax, accounting and business acumen to help clients through complex transactions in order to reach their business goals. Whether the client’s goal is to grow stronger, larger, more financially stable or sell their business outright, Bruce uses his vast experience to analyze and structure deals that hit the mark and provide maximum tax benefit.

He helps clients by providing day-to-day advice as well as counsel on once-in-a-lifetime, make-or-break decisions. He assists clients from the Mid-Atlantic to Florida with a focus on privately held companies in industries such as real estate, energy, security alarm, technology and manufacturing.

Bruce’s approach is creative, yet practical and efficient, producing positive tax and business outcomes for clients dealing with business formations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and company and asset sales. As a trusted advisor to his clients, he often serves as general counsel for companies that do not have in-house counsel handling both routine and unexpected commercial and operating issues.

Bruce has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America lists since 2019 for Banking and Finance Law, Corporate Law and Tax Law.
