How Caroline Helps Clients
Caroline is a litigation associate in the firm’s Charlotte office. She primarily focuses her practice on commercial litigation and labor and employment law. She represents businesses and individuals in state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies.
While in law school, Caroline served as a student attorney at Georgetown’s Institute for Public Representation in the Communications and Technology Law Section. There, she represented several nonprofit organizations in matters involving political advertisements before the Federal Communications Commission. She also clerked for several small litigation law firms and served as a Legislative Assistant for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Caroline practiced with a regional litigation firm where she advocated on behalf of employers and insurance carriers.
