Sue Friedberg, Kyle Black and Jason McLean, members of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice group, will be leading a firm-wide CLE presentation entitled “Preparation is the Only Strategy: Anatomy of a Tabletop Exercise.” The group will provide an update on the cybersecurity threat environment, the current cybersecurity and data privacy law landscape, an overview of strategic planning for a data security incident, and a tabletop exercise – a simulated data breach incident we use to help organizations prepare to respond in real time.
