MIAMI – August 10, 2021 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney welcomes Roselvin Edelman, counsel in the Tax section and Nicole Grimal Helmstetter, counsel in the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice, to the firm’s rapidly growing Miami office.

Edelman represents high net worth individuals in all matters related to trust and probate litigation, including contested wills and trusts, disputes concerning the obligations of fiduciaries such as trustees and executors, and the interpretation of testamentary instruments. She also has extensive experience litigating complex commercial matters in state and federal courts.

Helmstetter focuses exclusively in the areas of bankruptcy, business restructuring and creditors’ rights and works with creditors, debtors, fiduciaries, trustees, creditors’ committees, restructuring officers and all other parties on the bankruptcy spectrum. She specializes in helping both large and small business owners and high net worth individuals stave off or solve their financial challenges during difficult times and emerge profitable on the other side. Helmstetter also specializes in guiding creditors on the lenders’ side of these negotiations.
