Pittsburgh, PA – September 9, 2013 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC announced today several leadership changes in its Corporate Section. Jennifer R. Minter will join Brian S. North as co-chair of the Securities & SEC Practice. Craig S. Heryford will join Mary Ann Dunham as co-chair of the M&A Practice and Perry S. Patterson will chair the firm’s Venture Capital Practice.

In January, Jeremiah G. Garvey, who is a member of the firm’s board of directors, joined Thomas Buchanan to serve as co-chair of the Corporate Section when Ronald Basso stepped down to join firm client Black Box Corporation to become Executive Vice President-Business Development, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
