The reception will cap the conference's first evening and offers a forum to meet and engage with conference participants and industry insiders.
This marks the third year of the Law of Shale Plays event, which offers two days of CLE credit, discussions, panels and lectures on the issues surrounding the fledging shale energy industry. Hosted by the Institute for Energy Law, the conference will provide discussion on legal and technical concerns regarding the shale plays, including government regulation, litigation trends, water and air law constraints and concerns, ethical considerations and marketing issues.
