The 2017 Tax Act temporarily doubled the gift and estate tax exemption amounts. Rose Wilson will discuss how proposed Treasury Regulations have alleviated concerns of a possible "clawback" of estate taxes and how to take advantage of gift planning opportunities provided by the Act’s higher gift tax exemption.
