Jesse H. Diner is known as a “litigator's litigator” for his deep knowledge of civil law and trial procedure. He focuses his practice on resolving commercial disputes. During a career that spans more than 40 years, Jesse has advised and represented clients in a wide range of business matters, including real estate, probate, financial and other commercial disputes.
As a strategic advisor, Jesse draws on his experience as a corporate and real estate lawyer, as well as a litigator, to resolve each dispute in the client’s best interest - in or out of the courtroom. He believes in a carefully planned, thorough approach to each matter, re-strategizing with clients as a case moves through the court system. Jesse is also an arbitrator, with more than 30 years of experience in commercial and construction disputes.
Jesse represents clients in a wide array of complex litigation matters, including:
- Business litigation
- Contractual disputes
- Corporate disputes
- Real estate disputes
- Construction litigation
- Probate litigation
Jesse has been listed as a “Top Lawyer” by the South Florida Legal Guide in 2015 and 2016. He has consecutively been named to Florida Trend magazine’s Legal Elite list for his commercial litigation work, and has been named to the Florida Super Lawyers list each year since 2006.
Jesse has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® consecutively since 2011 under multiple categories: Bet-the-Company Litigation; Commercial Litigation; Litigation – Banking and Finance, Litigation – Construction, Litigation – Real Estate, and Litigation – Trusts and Estates. He was also been recognized as “Lawyer of the Year” by the review guide under the Litigation – Banking and Finance category in 2016 and 2018; and in 2019 for the Bet-the-Company Litigation and Litigation - Real Estate categories. Only a single lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area is honored as the “Lawyer of the Year,” making this accolade particularly significant.
In 2017, Jesse was honored with the Daily Business Review's Lifetime Achievement Award, honoring his more than 40 years of work as a litigator, arbitrator and pro bono attorney.
