Jacqueline focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation as well as white-collar and government investigations. She has experience with all stages of case development, from initial case assessment to post-trial motions and appeals in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Jacqueline served as Deputy Attorney General of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Gang & Organized Crime Bureau and Financial & Computer Crimes Bureau. In her role as a trial attorney, Jacqueline investigated and prosecuted high-profile racketeering and money laundering matters. Among her many accomplishments while at the Attorney General’s Office, Jacqueline served as lead prosecutor in a money laundering trial, obtaining a guilty verdict on all five counts in the Indictment.
Jacqueline was also formerly employed as a complex commercial litigation attorney for boutique law firm in New York City, where she participated in the representation of commercial entities in diverse litigation matters. There, she gained experience in commercial litigation, real estate matters, foreclosures of mechanics liens and contractual disputes.
While pursuing her law degree, Jacqueline served as judicial extern for the Honorable David W. McKeague, Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
