How Jacqueline Helps Clients
Jacqueline primarily focuses her practice on healthcare litigation. She defends various healthcare facilities including long-term care, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and organizations of the like against professional liability and negligence claims.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Jacqueline was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Gregg A. Padovano of the New Jersey Superior Court. In that role, Jacqueline conducted research and drafted bench memoranda as well as prepared legal analysis of complex issues.
In addition to gaining experience as a Judicial Law Clerk, Jacqueline also interned with a New Jersey law firm primarily focused on all aspects of medical malpractice defense litigation. Furthermore, in law school, Jacqueline had the unique opportunity to participate as a Judicial Extern in the Civil Appeals Mediation Program for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. While there, she worked closely with circuit mediators in preparation for complex mediations.

Outside the Office
In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys relaxing on the beach and going on walks with her rescue dog.
