Court Awards Stuart Slotnick’s Joint Venture Client 100% of Trial Fees After Verdict

Stuart Slotnick secured 100% of trial fees for his joint venture client involved in a real estate dispute. He argued that the defendant had no good faith basis for her litigation tactic and that she should be responsible for paying counsel fees, costs and sanctions because she wasted the time of Slotnick’s client, the plaintiff, and the Court.
