WASHINGTON, D.C. – December 16, 2021 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is pleased to welcome Rhonda A. Miller as a shareholder in the firm’s Tax section. Miller counsels ultra and high-net-worth individuals, as well as business owners and executives on all matters related to estate planning. She has extensive experience in creating special needs trusts, asset protection trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, charitable remainder trusts, qualified small business trusts and other trusts used to minimize or eliminate the capital gains and estate taxes.

Miller graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Psychology and received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She has received numerous accolades throughout her career and is a highly sought-after public speaker. Miller teaches continuing legal education and is a continuing education sponsor for the Certified Financial Planner Board and insurance agents.
