She has extensive experience in creating special needs trusts, asset protection trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, charitable remainder trusts, qualified small business trusts and other trusts used to minimize or eliminate the capital gains and estate taxes.

Miller graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Psychology and received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
