White Collar Litigation Attorney Barry Slotnick Selected to New York Super Lawyers List^®

New York, NY — October 5, 2009 — Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC is proud to announce that Barry I. Slotnick, chairman of the New York Litigation Group, has been honored by his peers in White Collar Criminal Defense and selected to the New York Super Lawyers^® list. More than 59,000 attorneys across the state were asked to nominate lawyers, and in Manhattan, only the top five percent received this distinction.

The criteria reviewed for the award include: noteworthy verdicts or settlements; creativity or innovation within the legal process; number of cases tried or transactions handled; years in practice; position within firm; professional activities; writings and lectures; community involvement and volunteer work; professional degrees or training; and academic background, including honors and clerkships.
