How Thomas Helps Clients
Thomas is a member of the firm’s healthcare litigation group, where he represents long-term care providers, assisted living facilities, health systems, hospice agencies, and other medical providers in a wide range of litigation matters. He practices in both state and federal courts and also has experience in bankruptcy matters, breach of contract claims, real property disputes, and customer/supplier disputes.
During law school, Thomas was the Managing Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review. He is a member of the Toledo Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan.
Outside the Office
Outside the office, Thomas enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and gardening. In addition, he is the Vice President of the Toledo YES Project’s Board of Directors.
