Moderated by Lloyd Freeman and featuring 3RBA Executive Director and the first openly gay member of Allegheny County Council, Jordan Botta, this event will delve into current issues affecting LGBTQ+ business owners and professionals and how organizations can continue to explore techniques for creating inclusive environments.
Attendees will learn about the unique perspectives and experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals as business owners and professionals within organizations, as well as tangible advice for allies on how to contribute to a workplace and workforce that embraces diversity.
