Pride in Practice: Fostering Inclusivity in Business

In honor of Pride Month we hosted a panel discussion titled, Pride in Practice: Fostering Inclusivity in Business, where we explored the mission of Three Rivers Business Alliance (3RBA) and best practices for fostering inclusivity within organizations.

This discussion was moderated by Lloyd Freeman and featured 3RBA Executive Director and the first openly gay member of Allegheny County Council, Jordan Botta, this event delved into current issues affecting LGBTQ+ business owners and professionals and how organizations can continue to explore techniques for creating inclusive environments.

Attendees learned about the unique perspectives and experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals as business owners and professionals within organizations, as well as tangible advice for allies on how to contribute to a workplace and workforce that embraces diversity.
