How Molly Helps Clients

Molly is a member of Buchanan’s Healthcare Section where she focuses her practice on the representation of health systems, hospitals, and other health providers in a variety of transactional, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. In addition to providing general representation, she assists clients on mergers, consolidations, purchase and sale transactions, membership substitutions, and substantial joint venture projects.

She is also part of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group that assists healthcare organizations and other clients in the development of data privacy and security policies and procedures, conducts data breach risk assessments, and assists with data security incident response.  

Molly is also a member of Buchanan’s team of lawyers who represent college and university clients in merger and affiliation transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Molly interned with music and entertainment companies including Warner Music Group, Atlantic Records, and Boston Red Sox Baseball Club Limited Partnership. She also authored an article on the California Consumer Privacy Act for her law school’s Privacy Law Association and was a regular contributor to thefashionlaw.com on matters related to intellectual property law.

Molly has served as a pro bono volunteer for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, an organization that provides legal services to artists who might otherwise be denied an opportunity to fully develop their creative abilities.

Molly is a former collegiate softball player who enjoys the company of her French bulldogs Bowie, Oat, and Samba, working out at pilates studios, reading fiction novels, watching Palmeiras futebol games, and attending Broadway shows outside the office.
