Adele Stone, shareholder and chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice group and head of the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office, will be speaking to members of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors on the topic of "Letters of Intent: The Art and the Science."

Topics will include:

Format of LOI (when sending to attorneys, final form, make it clean! Not a ton of redlines to sort through and interpret!)
Be careful to not overstep and act as attorney (unlicensed practice of law) – tell clients you are giving business term advice and that you recommend they hire an attorney to review as well
