Katie Jones Goldman, Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) chapter chair and recent addition to the Board of Governors, was highlighted in the Summer 2013 edition of the RNLA Newsletter.

The article focuses on Goldman’s career path and how her love for politics has led to her active involvement in election law. Acting as a volunteer lawyer during the 2004 re-election campaign for Bush, she witnessed first-hand attempts at voter fraud, which prompted her enthusiasm regarding election law issues.

Goldman credits her personal and professional success to another RNLA member, Heather Heidelbaugh, Co-Chair of the RNLA. “She has been a phenomenal mentor and friend and has guided my involvement in Republican politics,” said Goldman.

When asked what her words of advice to young and inexperienced lawyers or anyone looking for a change in life Goldman said, “Get involved. Many times people make the mistake of believing that if they don’t have specific experience in election law that they can’t be of assistance. This is simply not the case.”
