How Jennifer Helps Clients

Jennifer offers a full-service experience to her estate planning clients and guides them through all stages of life, becoming a trusted advisor for the entire family and generations to come. She is the co-leader of Buchanan’s Florida Tax, Trusts & Estates Practice Group and serves clients across the state of Florida.

Jennifer routinely advises high net-worth families, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and young professionals on wealth transfer planning, tax planning, asset protection planning, and business succession planning. She also counsels clients throughout the entire trust and estates administration process, and assists corporate and individual fiduciaries, as well as beneficiaries, in litigated trust and probate matters. She assists in the preparation of gift, estate, and fiduciary tax returns, and she counsels individuals and institutions serving as fiduciaries of estates, trusts and guardianships in connection with administrative matters and disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.

Her breadth of legal experience of more than 20 years runs the gamut through various industries. As a former corporate and real estate attorney, Jennifer is also often a resource to her clients in these and other areas.

Outside the Office

Jennifer is a dedicated mother to her son and an avid traveler. She often travels to see live concerts of her favorite bands.
