A recent article, titled “Budget at Beginning Makes for ‘Best Recipe,’” published in the Pittsburgh Business Times covers how law firms are finding new ways to assist corporate clients in cutting and minimizing litigation costs.

CEO, Managing Director and Chairman of the Board Jack Barbour told the publication how “understanding each client’s specific needs and expectations up front is crucial to managing costs.”

“This includes initiating discussions designed to best match our attorneys to client needs. We also focus on planning the project with the client at its inception, as well as frequent intervals throughout in order to monitor budget, staffing, key milestones and changing circumstances,” he continues.
