Fayezeh is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance section and is a member of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice group. Her practice focuses on a wide range of corporate and finance matters, including corporate governance, private equity, financings and offerings, and federal and state securities laws compliance. She also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Fayezeh’s experience in data privacy involves advising clients on privacy compliance, corporate transactions,  drafting privacy policies, website terms of use, “Do Not Sell or Share Personal Information” button, etc.

Fayezeh was selected to 2024 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list, a recognition reserved for lawyers who demonstrate excellence in their practice. Additionally, she was recognized with the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for having the top grade Legal Research & Writing. In 2017, she was the recipient of the Distinguished Student Award, given to a student who, in the judgment of a  faculty committee, displayed general scholastic excellence and who performed a meritorious service to the School of Law.

Before coming to the United States in 2010, Fayezeh spent eight years in Afghanistan working in numerous international non-profit organizations, including the United Nations.

Outside the Office

Fayezeh is originally from Iran, but has lived in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Egypt. She enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures and countries. She also takes a keen interest in learning about history, religion, psychology, social justice and human rights.
