Brian Clark, shareholder in the firm's Energy section, presented as part of a panel at the Environmental Rights Amendment Seminar, hosted by the Marcellus Shale Coalition, on January 24. The event discussed the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's decisions in Robinson Township v. The Commonwealth and PEDF v. The Commonwealth, including what was and was not decided in those cases and reactions of state and local government, non-governmental organizations and regulated communities.
Brian's panel discussed outstanding issues that need to be considered in light of the PEDF decision and what the regulated community needs to consider moving forward.
