David A. Gurwin, Chair of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s Entertainment and Media Law Group, will present at Entertainment Law 101, a seminar through the National Business Institute that will focus on the intersection of film and business law. Gurwin will focus on the music industry, including the formation of an entity (such as a corporation, partnership or LLC), the team (such as a manager, lawyer, agent, financial manager and techie), personal management contracts (including "360 agreements") and booking agreements.
