David’s practice focuses on buy and sell-side asset and equity mergers and acquisitions. He also counsels clients on a range of corporate transactions, advising businesses through formation, restructuring and reorganization, private financing, and other corporate governance matters.

In addition to the above, prior to joining Buchanan, David also provided advice to private equity funds and investors in private fund formation and investment transactions.
David was named to the Pennsylvania Rising Stars® list in 2024.
