Gordon defends and protects medical practitioners, facilities and affiliated corporate entities in claims related to professional and general liability, as well as catastrophic personal injury and death cases. He also provides guidance on governmental investigations and has extensive experience in state and federal courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, in addition to other venues and jurisdictions. Gordon was the first attorney to successfully compel arbitration in the State of New Jersey in a long-term care matter.
