David L. Gordon focuses his practice on professional liability, specifically as it relates to defending long-term care facilities and physicians, nurses and hospitals in professional malpractice actions. Other areas of experience include premises liability, products liability and subrogation. David serves as co-chair of the firm's Litigation section, co-chair of the Post-Acute & Long-Term Care practice group and head of Buchanan's Princeton office.
Previously, David served as managing partner of the New Jersey office of a defense litigation firm specializing in the defense of nursing homes. He has successfully represented many physicians covering most specialties, as well as nurses, nursing homes, hospitals, mental health providers and group homes for disabled and injured persons.
While attending law school, David clerked for the federal magistrate, the Honorable Edwin E. Naythons.
David has lectured and authored material on premises liability for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
