Stuart Slotnick helped client Andrea Davidovich, Olympic figure skater, pursue her dreams of skating with the United States. Formerly an ice skater with the Israeli Ice Skating Federation, Davidovich wanted to be released from her obligations to the Federation so she could skate for the U.S. When the International Skating Union granted her request, much to the Federation's dismay, the Federation argued that Davidovich should pay its attorney fees. The appeals court denied the attempt, ruling in our client's favor.
