How Caitlin Helps Clients

Caitlin concentrates her practice on the defense of healthcare providers involved in litigation. Prior to embarking on her legal career, Caitlin worked as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for approximately five years, and remains licensed in New Jersey. Caitlin’s background as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator gives her unique insight into the needs of her clients.

While a student at Rutgers Law School, Caitlin worked as a paralegal at Buchanan. She was a member of the esteemed Hunter Moot Court program at Rutgers for the 2019-2020 school year. Along with her partner, Caitlin won Best Brief and finished second in the oral argument competition. For the 2020-2021 school year, she was selected to be the Chair of Hunter Moot Court Board. Additionally, she spent her last semester of law school as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant.

Caitlin’s clients can expect her to analyze their issues by fully immersing herself into the facts, evaluating the small details and determining how they tie into the overall strategy and the larger issues at hand. Caitlin’s experience as a Nursing Home Administrator has equipped her with the knowledge and tools to better provide guidance, as she as an in-depth understanding of the particular challenges these types of clients face. She prides herself on being accessible and responsive to her clients.

Outside the Office

Caitlin resides in Hainesport, New Jersey with her husband, Seth and their daughter, Rory. When she isn’t working, you can find her running, baking or completing a woodworking project. She enjoys spending time with her family and looks forward to making memories during her family’s annual trips to Cape May and Walt Disney World.
