TAMPA – February 7, 2020 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney expands its Florida tax presence with Christopher R. Dingman, who joins as counsel in the firm’s Tampa office. Dingman assists high-net-worth individuals and closely-held businesses with their day-to-day tax challenges, establishing and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer strategies, charitable planning, and income tax planning techniques. He also has extensive experience in tax controversy, purchasing and leasing of private aircraft, pass-through taxation and corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Chris received his L.L.M and J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is the chair of the Tax Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and is an active member of Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church and the Legacy Council of the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.
