PITTSBURGH (August 2022) – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney adds former congressional staffer Jarah Doosé, as an advisor in the firm’s Government Relations group. She brings a mixture of local, state, and federal government experience to Buchanan. She has worked on multiple statewide issue campaigns and assisted in large-scale municipality redevelopment projects. She also is experienced in statewide coalition development and management.

“We are excited to welcome Jarah to our government relations team in Pennsylvania,” said Leslie Gromis Baker, senior principal and co-chair and managing director of the firm’s Government Relations section. “With her government experience and ability to build coalitions, she will be a great asset for our clients.”

As former community outreach coordinator for U.S. Congressman Mike Doyle (PA), Doosé worked as a liaison between the Congressman and his constituents to help them navigate the federal government in the most effective ways possible. Her constituent advocacy carries over into her work with her clients.

“I am a fierce advocate for my clients,” said Doosé. “I look forward to working with my Buchanan colleagues to find paths for our clients to achieve success.”

Active in her local community, she serves as a board member to Brookline Teen Outreach, Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc., and Braddock Borough Planning Commission. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Carlow University. She is currently pursuing her masters of public administration from University of Pittsburgh.
