CHICAGO (January 2026) - Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney continues the strategic expansion of its corporate section with Nathan Howze. He is a shareholder in the firm’s Chicago office.

Howze focuses his corporate law practice on guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, entity formation and corporate governance, and other business matters. He serves as an outside counsel to clients in a diverse range of industries, including technology/AI, food and beverage, life sciences, real estate and cannabis.
