How Anna Helps Clients

Anna represents clients in litigation related to business disputes, consumer fraud, and complex contractual issues. She practices mainly in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts but also has experience in federal courts nationwide. Drawing from her background defending clients in private litigation and class actions involving alleged violations of consumer protection laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Anna guides clients on the rapidly evolving standards of care for protecting confidential information and the growing legal requirements and consumer expectations for protecting personal information.

Prior to joining Buchanan, Anna served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Denis P. Cohen in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and practiced at a Philadelphia-based firm.

During her time at Boston College Law School, Anna interned at the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office in the Appeals and Training Bureau, drafting two appellate briefs filed with the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. One of her cases received oral arguments, which she successfully presented. She also externed for Honorable David T. Donnelly at the Boston Municipal Court, Brighton Division.
