ABA Tax Section's Mid-Year Conference - An Opportunity to Discuss Opportunity Zones

Lisa Starczewski, shareholder in the firm's Tax section, will participate on two panels at the ABA Tax Section's Mid-Year Conference on January 18.

"Qualified Opportunity Zones - Reboot," at 9 a.m., will discuss the proposed regulations regarding qualified opportunity zone and questions remaining for real estate developers and investors looking to undertake an opportunity zone project.

"An Opportunity to Discuss Opportunity Zones," at 10:30 a.m., will discuss the definitions and requirements applicable to Qualified Opportunity Funds and Qualified Opportunity Zones Businesses, with a particular focus on some of the most challenging investor and fund-related issues.
