2020 PBI Oil & Gas Law Conference

Victoria Kush, shareholder in the firm's Litigation section, and Heather Hurst, senior attorney in the firm's Energy group, were featured speakers at the 2020 PBI Oil & Gas Law Conference. They addressed contractual disputes in a depressed market, with Victoria focusing on force majeure defenses and Heather addressing credit assurances.

The annual conference (this year held via Zoom) is a progressive meeting ground for legal leaders in the oil and gas industry. It provides a forum to discuss issues in the oil and gas industry ranging from recent legislative and case law developments, to the technological advancements, practices and trends that are shaping the industry.
