Alexandria intellectual property attorneys Holly Ford and Bryce Maynard will participate in the International Trademark Association's annual Trademark Administrators Conference, to be held October 1-3, 2007, in Long Beach, California.
The theme of this year’s conference is "Fostering Effective Relationships." This overarching theme will be incorporated throughout the program, and all sessions will provide comprehensive, practical and timely information on trademark issues with an international perspective designed to meet the needs of both novice and experienced trademark professionals.
Ford will serve as the moderator for a session titled "The War Against Counterfeiters," which will cover the latest tactics employed by counterfeiters on a global basis.
Maynard will speak at a session titled "Ethics: Don't Cross the Line," which will examine several scenarios that potentially cross the line with respect to ethical conduct.
