Vaccine Readiness, Preparing your Company for Vaccines and Avoiding Employee Claims - Association of Corporate Counsel

• Legal differences between FDA’s vaccine approval process and emergency use authorization (EUA) process;
• Employer decision to incentivize vs. mandate the COVID-19 vaccine for employees;
• Employer on-site vs. off-site vaccination clinics;
• Preparing employee messaging regarding management’s decisions about the vaccine;
• Developing policies and best practices for documenting accommodations, collecting proof of vaccination, and data information storage and usage.
