Robert Pecchio is a seasoned attorney specializing in labor and employment counseling and general litigation.  Robert has successfully handled cases in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies and arbitration panels throughout Florida.

He has a proven track record of defending clients against discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, ADA access, and FMLA claims, along with managing overtime and non-compete disputes. Drawing on his comprehensive litigation background, Robert advises management teams on best practices for claims avoidance and internal investigations, helping clients mitigate risk and maintain compliant workplaces. Robert serves a diverse client base which includes domestic and international clients across industries such as healthcare, sports, construction, education, and aerospace. Robert has also achieved notable success defending religious and non-profit organizations.

Outside the Office

Despite being an aggressive litigator, Robert is also an effective negotiator and advocate for alternative dispute processes, when possible and practical. Prior to joining Buchanan, Robert consulted for large organizations and civic institutions on conflict resolution and negotiation, including the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Health, and the U.S. Consulate General in Jerusalem.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys time with his wife and daughter.  Robert is a big sports fan and is a part-owner of a professional Irish soccer (football) club.
