Mary Ann Dunham, a shareholder in the Corporate Finance & Technology Section of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Pittsburgh office as well as co-chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group, will participate in Chatham University's Women Business Leaders Breakfast Series. She will present "Mentoring — Who, What, When, Why and How" at the series January 15, 2010, installment.

As noted on Chatham's website, "The Women Business Leaders Breakfast Series will feature prominent women business leaders from the greater Pittsburgh region. The series will run the second Friday of each month at Chatham University from 7:30a.m. – 9:00a.m. Networking and a continental breakfast will precede a presentation on such topics as marketing, financing, social media, negotiation, sustainability, and innovation. The cost per session is $25, or $250 for the full series."

Dunham was invited to participate in the series after news broke that she had been named the 2009 ATHENA Award recipient for "demonstrating excellence and creativity in her profession, serving the community, and assisting other women in reaching their full leadership potential."
