How Miriam Helps Clients
Miriam is an associate in the firm’s International Trade & National Security Section.
After working as a Buchanan summer associate in 2024, Miriam returned to the firm. During law school, she gained valuable experience as a legal intern with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of the General Counsel, Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), as well as with the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) in its International Division. She also served as an Executive Editor for The Georgetown Law Journal.

Outside the Office
Outside of work, Miriam enjoys exploring art museums in Washington, D.C., snowboarding during the winter months, playing soccer, and drawing and painting. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, she also has a passion for hiking and discovering new coffee shops.
