How Meghan Helps Clients
Meghan is focused on counseling and litigation services as a member of the firm’s Litigation section.
Meghan represents corporations and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, products liability, and personal injury actions. She defends and advises clients throughout all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including matters related to discovery, motion practice, and the appeals process. Meghan has particular expertise in defending clients against Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) claims and providing guidance on compliance with FCC rules and regulations.
While in law school, Meghan externed in the Chambers of the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where she gained invaluable experience in federal court practice. During her time at Villanova Law, Meghan was Chair of the Moot Court Board and excelled in several appellate advocacy competitions as both a brief writer and oral advocate.

Client goals and expectations drive Meghan’s litigation strategy. Recognizing that every client requires individualized needs, she prioritizes collaboration and timely communication throughout the litigation process.
Outside the Office
Meghan enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore with her family, watching Penn State football and Philadelphia sports with her friends, and spending time at home watching movies with her cat Ernie.
