How Mason Helps Clients
Mason is a trusted advisor for clients with complex e-discovery matters. Through his decade of litigation experience, he understands how important e-discovery is to providing efficient and effective solutions for clients.
He consults with clients and forensic experts to execute data collections and consult with legal teams regarding data culling and review; manage data processing teams; monitor infrastructure health; and prepare reporting dashboards. In addition, he organizes document review, implements security, collections and chain of custody best practices, trains inside and outside stakeholders on software and legal issues related to e-discovery; and interfaces with case teams from litigation support staff to senior partners and C-Suite Executives.
Before joining Buchanan, Mason led a team of junior e-discovery project managers and specialists at an Am Law 50 law firm. He also has experience at an e-discovery vendor.
What Clients Can Expect
A true advisor for clients, Mason works collaboratively with in-house teams to be a resource and strategize to achieve effective, practical legal solutions in complex matters.
Litigation is stressful and highly sensitive material is usually at issue, so I work closely with clients to help put them at ease throughout the e-discovery process. Whether it is helping a client’s IT team understand the law involved in a matter or helping their in-house legal team understand the tech involved in a matter and anything in between, I am available to guide them through this process.
Outside the Office
Mason is a classic car and motorcycle enthusiast. In his spare time, he also races the motorcycles.
