How Krista Helps Clients

During her tenure at Temple Law School, Krista served as a law clerk for the Honorable Daniel McCaffery of the Pennsylvania Superior Court, where she drafted opinions and legal memorandums and assisted in developing legal determinations based on review of the record. She also served as a summer 2021 associate at Buchanan, where she provided legal support by completing extensive litigation-related research into relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, Krista was a member of the Temple Moot Court Team and received recognition for Best Brief Writing with her teammates at the 72nd Annual Seigenthaler-Sutherland National First Amendment Moot Court Competition.

Prior to law school, Krista was a paralegal for the Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section of the Department of Justice, Criminal Division in Washington, DC. She prepared written reports that aided in the development of legislative, regulatory, judicial, administrative, or other legal arguments, interpretations, or opinions.

Outside the Office

Krista enjoys traveling, hiking with her spouse and dog, and playing tennis. She is also a major sports fan.
