How Justin Helps Clients

Justin is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation matters and business disputes. He also maintains an active pro bono practice. Before joining Buchanan, Justin served as a federal prosecutor in Pittsburgh and as a law clerk to two federal judges. Before clerking, Justin worked in the New York office of an international law firm. 

What Clients Can Expect

Justin is a tenacious advocate.  He has represented clients at all stages of trial as well as on appeal.  A fierce litigator, he brings his diverse experience to bear in crafting a strategy to best fit his client’s goals — whether in or out of the courtroom. 

Outside the Office

Outside the office, Justin can often be found reading science fiction and spending time in nature.  He also enjoys quality time with his family and friends.

• Clerked for the Honorable Robert J. Colville, U.S. District Judge, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Honorable Jennifer L. Hall, then-U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
• Represented a national retail pharmacy chain in litigation brought by state and local officials seeking compensation for harms incurred as a product of the opioid epidemic.
• Represented a leading durable medical equipment provider in an internal investigation into alleged false claims.
