How Josh Helps Clients
Josh is a member of the firm’s Labor, Employment, Benefits, & Immigration section where he handles a wide range of litigation and counseling matters in the labor and employment space. His practice includes defending clients in employment litigation and advising on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Josh joined Buchanan as a Summer Associate in the Philadelphia office before becoming a full-time attorney.
During law school, Josh served as the President of Drexel University’s Moot Court Board, where he competed in both the New York Bar National Moot Court Competition, and the University of San Diego National Criminal Procedure Tournament. Josh also worked as a Dean’s Scholar (teaching assistant) to two first year law courses at Drexel’s Kline School of Law. Additionally, Josh completed an internship in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, gaining first-hand experience in federal court proceedings.

Josh is a driven and goal-oriented attorney who is committed to achieving optimal results for his clients. He draws from his love for people and his desire to facilitate meaningful connections in making the client-lawyer relationship as seamless and mutually beneficial as possible.
My objective is always to apply the best version of myself to my work, in achieving desired results for my clients while learning everyday how to more effectively serve their needs.
Outside the Office
When not serving his clients, Josh spends much of his time staying active and outdoors. He considers himself a passionate hiker and skier, always looking for an opportunity to visit the mountains with friends. Josh also enjoys frequent trips to the Jersey shore with his girlfriend, parents, and brothers.
