Jonathan H. Spadt Appointed to Rüstung, Sicherheit & Recht International Advisory Board

Jonathan H. Spadt, shareholder and Intellectual Property section Co-Chair, was selected to serve on the International Advisory Board of a newly founded legal journal Rüstung, Sicherheit & Recht (RüSiR)/ Defense, Security & Law. The German publication will address legal topics related to defense, security, cyber, and space, reflecting the profound transformation of European and international security architecture since 2022. It will be printed in German, and an English translation will be available online.

RüSiR aims to provide a forum for academic and practical discourse on legal developments in these areas, covering topics such as export control, procurement, compliance, cybersecurity, AI, and military infrastructure law. The first issue is scheduled for publication in January 2026.
