The EB-5 program has long provided a path to US Lawful Permanent Residence to immigrant investors willing to invest lawfully obtained capital in a qualifying commercial enterprise in the US. The resulting impact is to create 10 qualified full-time jobs for US workers from each EB-5 investor.
